- Business details — name, category, address, contact information
- Account credentials — email and login details for your partner dashboard
- Service & pricing data — what you list, and your booking activity
- Payment settlement details — bank/UPI information needed to pay you out
2. How we use it
- To display your business listing to customers
- To process and settle payments for bookings you receive
- To provide analytics in your dashboard (revenue, bookings, customer trends)
- To verify your business during onboarding and, occasionally, afterward
3. What customers see
Your business name, address, services, pricing, and reviews are visible to customers browsing Zesify. Your internal dashboard data (revenue analytics, settlement details) is visible only to you.
4. Data sharing
We don't sell your business data to third parties. Payment settlement details are shared only with our certified payment processing partner to complete payouts.
5. Data security
Your dashboard is protected by your account credentials — keep them private, and use a strong password. Zesify uses industry-standard practices to protect stored business data.
6. Your choices
You can update your business details at any time from Settings in your dashboard, and request account deletion by contacting support.
